Healing is Possible.

You have already done a lot of work on yourself and are frustrated that those old patterns keep repeating in new form.
People tell you to love yourself first, but you have no idea how to get there. Maybe you have said or done things you are not proud of and can’t let go of the feeling that you are “damaged” or “not good enough”. You can see your past experiences with new perspective but can’t shake the torment.
You aren’t sleeping well, eating well, or showing up as your best self much of the time...
It IS possible to feel better. Your brain has natural healing abilities that you can tap into, allowing you to put the past behind you. You can finally break free from the torment and learn skills to live in the present. You deserve to live your best possible life! Understanding how our mind works unleashes its power for healing and restoration.
I am passionate about helping my clients and I approach therapy with mindfulness, paying particular attention to the mind/body connection. Tuning into the signals our body is sending helps us to re-align with our purpose and live with intention. By becoming really present with ourselves and gently turning toward our pain we are able to release the struggle.
We can make the conscious choice to learn and grow through our traumas giving our lives deep meaning, connection, and purpose.
